Management Center
Management Center
The Management Center acts as the centralised node for all kinds of external systems and takes over key functions for the entire call system. It is connected to the system switches via the network of the backbone switches. Each individual module connected to the network is configured and the firmware is uploaded from the Management Center. The Management Center serves as an interface to external systems via the switch:
- Real time localisation server

- Fire alarm control panel
- Alarm server
- Telephone server
The Management Center is used for importing the system topology when commissioning the Visocall IP system. The entire system can be reconfigured for system expansions or changes at any time. Software and firmware upgrades can also be carried out at any time. The configuration is done centrally via the Management Center using its own system software. The Management Center records all system events and allows to carry out remote maintenance.
Segmentation
You can connect up to 2,000 IP components with one Management Centre. In call systems with more components, you need additional LDP (Logical Delivery Point). Logical delivery points between centralised and decentralised nodes can be used to spread a network across several buildings. These segments still have the same central node, which takes over the control of the call system.
