At the same time, the practical companion function ensures that the alarm isn’t triggered if the patient leaves the defined area when accompanied by staff or visitors. The system also avoids unnecessary journeys and ensures efficiency. Mobile calls are localised and transmitted reliably and securely to all display devices, including the smartphones of the responsible care staff. When support is needed

Providing residents with as much freedom of movement and safety as possible is a key objective of Securwatch. Moreover, the same safety must also be guaranteed for care staff. It is not always possible for a single member of care staff to resolve a situation alone. The assistance call enables employees to request help quickly and easily if required. 

The staff transponder can be used to trigger an assistance or emergency call from anywhere. The alarm is forwarded to the responsible persons in real time. This ensures that support is available quickly and efficiently.
